A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us within 12 hours of placing it, and we’ll help you edit or cancel it.

Q: Are prices inclusive of tax?
A: No, prices do not include VAT or customs fees. Upon delivery, the shipping company may charge applicable taxes or customs duties based on your country’s regulations.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Within Bahrain: 1–2 business days.
GCC countries: approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a message with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment step-by-step.

Q: Which courier companies do you use?
A: We work with Aramex and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery for all orders.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship across all GCC countries through trusted logistics partners.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and BenefitPay within Bahrain, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
A: Cash on Delivery is currently available within Bahrain only.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 15 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Q: In which cases is return not accepted?
A: Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or missing its original accessories or packaging.
